Website Secret Shopper provides an honest, first-impression review of web pages. The free check covers your homepage. The paid service reviews the customer-facing pages of your website at the quoted per-page rate. Reviews are written assessments meant to help you improve your site; they are opinions and recommendations, not professional consulting, legal, financial, or compliance advice.
If you are not satisfied with a paid review, reply to your confirmation email within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Beyond that window, refunds are at our sole discretion. We may also cancel and refund any order before the review is delivered.
You confirm you have the right to submit the website URL you give us for review. Do not submit websites you do not own or control without permission from the owner. You agree not to misuse the service, including submitting malicious, illegal, or infringing content.
The reviews we send you are for your own use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our reviews or reports without written permission. The site's design, text, and branding belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise any specific business result from following a review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the review giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We use third-party services (including automation, email delivery, payment processing, and AI analysis) to deliver the service. Their performance is subject to their own terms and availability.
We may update these Terms or change the service at any time; the "Last updated" date below reflects the current version. We may suspend or stop the service at any time.
